Procedure of students’ participation in the academic mobility programme (Erasmus+)

Step 1. Familiarizing with conditions and terms of the selection process

Calls for applications for participation in the academic mobility programmes are publicized by the International Relations Office on the university website tntu.edu.ua twice a year. Calls for applications contain information on minimum requirements for participants (study cycle, academic performance, required language competence, etc.), a list of possible subject areas for learning, the value of the mobility funding, deadlines of the selection process. Additional calls for applications can be announced, providing they are agreed on with the partner universities.

Step 2. Choosing an education institution

Choosing a foreign education institution for mobility, one should take into account the availability of study programme which is corresponded to the similar study programme at TNTU. To choose the possible study programme student should turn to the academic mobility coordinator in the faculty.

Step 3. Registration for participation in the selection process

The call for applications for participation in the academic mobility programmes contains a registration form. A selection process participant should fill in the registration form and submit it to the International Relations Office. The registration form must be signed by an applicant and approved by the department head.

After receiving all required documents from student, the representatives of the TNTU International Relations Office should send them to the partner institution.
